Reflection Map: not all materials reflect light the same way (if at all), so having this map will make sure the render engine reflects the light hitting this material realistically. Displacement Map: this map in particular is very important if your material is rough or needs to look and act like a 3D object (stone wall, stone floor, rattan, etc.). This website is a 100 FREE material image resource that will provide you with everything you need to build and customize your materials in every resolution possible. Vray 3.4 Zip The MaterialsUnzip the materials into their own folder for easier access. In this case, I didnt apply any materials to my model other than the Spotlight Track. That means that this material is using a Bump Map as well as a Displacement Map. No reflection map is needed here because rough bricks are not shiney in real life (unless they have a clear primer coat, but thats another story.). Then proceed at add the Diffuse, following the same steps for the Brick Walls. No need to use a Bump Map because we wont be doing any closeups, and theres no need for Displacement or Reflection Maps either. If your machine cant render too many Displacement maps, opt for a higher Bump value and disable Displacement for the materials that cover large surface areas.
